We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic sales professional to join our Team.

We are looking to expand our team and offer our LoRaWAN based products and services to the market. We therefore are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager who will focus on offering our range of products and connectivity.

The Role

In this dynamic role as Business Development Manager, your primary objective will be to drive sales growth across diverse sectors, encompassing both public and private marketplaces, by offering a range of innovative solutions, including LoRaWAN devices, comprehensive business solutions, and cutting-edge visualization tools.

To excel in this position, you will need to be a results-driven, self-motivated individual with a strong sales acumen, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, as well as cultivating and expanding our partner and distribution network. Effective time management skills are essential, as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously. To support your success, you will have access to internal resources and advanced CRM systems, enabling you to build a robust pipeline and drive business growth.


As New Business Development Manager your main activities will be.

  • Working with existing high value clients to develop new opportunities, promote growth, and referrals.
  • Through a combination of direct marketing strategies, including team meetings and direct telephone outreach, identify and pursue new business opportunities across various market sectors. While some pre-booked appointments will be provided, proactively seek out new leads to drive growth
  • Attend networking & trade shows as and when required to support the needs of the business.
  • Be confident in the use of LinkedIn and actively use it to identify and interact with potential customers.
  • Deliver a personalized and forward-thinking sales strategy that tackles concerns and fosters lasting bonds with clients.
  • Arrange consultations with both new and repeat customers to drive sales growth.

The Person

For a successful candidacy as New Business Development Manager, a background in solution sales and the ability to effectively communicate with high-level clients, including board members and C-Level executives, are essential. We’re seeking a driven and commercially savvy individual with a strong work ethic and a clear vision for their career advancement. While comprehensive product training will be offered, prior experience in the IOT, Communications, or cloud-based SAAS solutions markets will be a significant plus.
