Who handles your information?

Contact and partner enquiries
We store the name, company, email, optional phone number and message you submit. Partner applications also include country and partner type. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss a possible business relationship. We do not add form submissions to a marketing mailing list. Website inbox records are removed after 180 days. If our conversation leads to a contract, separate contractual and statutory record-keeping requirements may apply.
Optional website statistics
Only after you allow statistics do we count page views. We store the date, public page path and total number of views on our own server for up to 90 days. These statistics contain no visitor identifier, IP address, query string, form content or referrer. They count page views rather than unique people. Rejecting statistics does not restrict access to the site. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings; future page views will then stop being counted. Existing anonymous totals cannot be linked back to you.
Storage and security
Essential storage remembers your light/dark theme in local storage and your cookie choice in the yobiiq-consent cookie for 180 days. Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies. Short-lived hashed request counters limit form abuse; they are kept separately from statistics and expire within one hour. Hosting and server software may process connection data to deliver and protect the service. External websites linked from this site apply their own privacy policies.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or request data portability. Enquiries are handled to take steps at your request before a possible contract and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence. Optional statistics use your consent. Contact info@yobiiq.com to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
