Contact and partner enquiries
We store the name, company, email, optional phone number and message you submit. Partner applications also include country and partner type. For contact and event enquiries, we estimate your connection country from your IP address using a local country database. We save the country estimate with your enquiry, not the IP address. No visitor IP is sent to an external geolocation service. VPNs and mobile networks may affect the estimate. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss a possible business relationship. We do not add form submissions to a marketing mailing list. Website inbox records are removed after 180 days. If our conversation leads to a contract, separate contractual and statutory record-keeping requirements may apply.
Optional website statistics
If you allow statistics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and public page usage. Google receives page-view and session information, browser/device details and connection data. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) distinguish browsers and sessions and are set to expire after 180 days. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. Our page-view events exclude URL query strings, fragments and form contents; external referrers are reduced to their website origin. Google processes this information under its privacy policy. We also keep first-party aggregate page counts (date, public page path and total views) for up to 90 days, without visitor identifiers. Rejecting statistics does not restrict access. Use Cookie settings to withdraw consent; collection stops and Analytics cookies are removed from this browser. Previously collected data is not automatically deleted when you withdraw consent.
Storage and security
Essential storage remembers your light/dark theme in local storage and your cookie choice in the yobiiq-consent cookie for 180 days. Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies. Short-lived hashed request counters limit form abuse; they are kept separately from statistics and expire within one hour. Hosting and server software may process connection data to deliver and protect the service. External websites linked from this site apply their own privacy policies.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or request data portability. Enquiries are handled to take steps at your request before a possible contract and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence. Optional statistics use your consent. Contact info@yobiiq.com to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
